- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- 1/2 of an onion (diced)
- 1 hand full of cilantro (chopped)
- Juice of 1 to 2 limes
- Diced Avocado (optional) or Roasted Corn (optional)
- 1 jalapeno (seeded and minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Serve with chips or put in your burritos or tacos.
