- 3 sweet potatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 to 4 tablespoons of tamari or liquid aminos (all natural soy sauce)
- Preheat oven to 420 degrees.
- Mix olive oil, liquid aminos/tamari, and garlic in a bowl.
- Slice the potatoes lengthwise (like french fries).
- Place everything in a container and shake.
- Bake potatoes for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
