Sweet Potato and Watermelon Juice

…so refreshing….so healthy….so yummy! :)

These types of juices are the only type of juices we drink….fresh, healthy, no preservatives, no food coloring, no high fructose corn syrup, etc.

Ingredients:

  • Raw sweet potato (peeled)
  • 3 cups of fresh watermelon
  • 1 green apple

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in juicer.
  2. Enjoy!

Note: I don’t like to waste the pulp, so what I do is I blend it up in the food processor with a few dates, a banana, a tablespoon of flax seeds, a couple of tablespoons of sesame seeds (or sunflower seeds), some agave, cinnamon, and maybe even cacao powder.  Then, I shape them into little cookies and dehydrate them for at least 15 to 16 hours.
